Folding mirrors

My drivers side folding mirror is currently playing up more often that not it doesn't open fully and i end up having to fold it back in and persuade it out.
It does seem to struggle a little compared to passenger side.

Anyone got any advice? lubrication points? known issues?

Its still under warranty but im wondering if there something I could try quickly

I'd just get it fixed under warranty if I was you.

just take it in.... strangely my car is brand new and they still don't fold in time with each other

My drivers mirror takes about 3 seconds longer than the passenger side. Sound like it struggles a bit too.

Ive turned off the auto fold anyway.
