Folding mirrors retrofit

Byte 4 Bit 1 was not needed. Everything worked with and without but this was causing a missing message DTC. Re the additional installations detected, this was the rear door modules which had not been added to the installation list.

Important note: while they are called and labelled as "errors" DTC's (Diagnostic Trouble Codes) are not always errors, they can be advisories, and its not always possible to complete a retrofit "error free" regardless of if you are adding something that was a factory option for your platform or not. If "it" was not on your vehicle when it rolled off the production line then technically you are adding something to the car which is not supposed to be there.
