Yes it's a real car. To be fair though it's not much different to the standard RS, you gain 50bhp more through a larger intercooler, revised downpipe and map tweek and the car is vinyl wrapped to give it the matt black colour. imho it is a cool car but certainly not worth the extra £8k over the standard car when most tuners are offering upgrades (SCC 385 conversion - plug for my mate ) at significantly lower costs

Looks like its crashed through a Halfords window to me. Just my opinion though, be a boring old world if we all liked the same
