Fitting S4 alloys

can someone help me source PCD adapters so i can fit 18" S4 Avus alloys?

I know i need 5x100 - 5x112 but what centre bore do i need?

Any help would be great

Did you get the right PCD adapters?

The bore is 57.1 on both wheels but I'm interested in the thickness of the adapter, if a 15mm adapter is used when the offset of the wheel changes from ET45 to ET30 correct? Will the alloys poke outside the wheel arches then?
