Can be done on any car with the right brackets. I've got a set 380mm R8 ceramics for sale, brand new discs, slightly used calipers and pads(new pads coming in, calipers can be refusbished if desired).
Worth it? Alongside the uber coolness factor, the CCB are so much lighter then the OEM steel ones, which makes the world of difference on handling, braking and accelerating. So yes... worth it if you can afford them
My RS6 c7 has the standard steel brakes fitted & the dust they chuck off is terrible. Standard Audi pads, also after washing the car the rust particles that form on the surface is terrible. Every time i go out after cleaning the car when i get back i need to clean the inside of the rims & spokes with quick detailer to remove the build up. I take it the ceramic brakes don't have this problem?. If i cold find a decent set of ceramics i would be tempted to get them?.

............the wheels were refurbished back in April. My problem is the disc brakes them selves which rust as soon as you wash the car hence the dust then flying on to the inside rim & spokes. Tho not ceramic coated the wheels have had rim wax & are constantly coated in quick detailing spray after every wash so there is loads of protection on them. Again its the disc that end up covered in light rust & then as soon as you break its all over the rims.
I only end with a very very light film of dust on the wheels. Barely noticeable and a real pleasure to clean so easily. No chemicals needed or rusty discs afterwards.
Yes they can be fitted. The ccb models have a different brakes hoses and dust shields on the front. Expect to pay big money for them as you dont want cheap ones that cracks or chips in the discs. At £3826 each for the fronts and £3363 each for the rear plus pads and calipers etc etc its big money for audi
