Hi All,

Looking for some advice on fitting and installing a new head unit in the s4, perhaps one of those touch screens where you pair your phone and for reversing sensors etc. I see Ebay sell plenty but any advise from those which have done before would be incredible? Also, any tutorials on the forum?

Many thanks,

Dan

Didn't opt for the screen in the end. Just bought a Bluetooth adapter in place of the CD Changer. It's the APPS2CAR one, will arrive this week and will update as I install.

Is your cd changer in the glovebox? Would like to see this fitted and working!

Yeah it is and yes, so would I! Lol. I don't really know what I'm doing but will give it a go and see what happens.

So... it's done. And what a doddle it was. Took 20 minutes in total, and I'm a complete amateur. With the only things to do is properly mount the remote and microphone, they're sitting loose for the minute whilst I decide on an exact location. It works perfectly and was super simple, almost can't believe it!

The simplist way to add Bluetooth capable access for your cell phone is to interface to a blank FM radio frequency and use cigar lighter receptical for a Bluetooth FM plugin adapter, no cutting or wiring required. Cost £15.
