I'm lowered and run 19×9 all round with the fronts spaced to ET42 which gives a few mm between the wheel/arch wheel/strut, and the rears are spaced to ET40 with 235/35/19 rubber with no rubbing, or catching, but I think you would struggle with 9.5" on the front.

Don't forget the B5 RS4 has wider arches than a standard car.

There is loads of room in the rear arches mate, I managed to run the 255/40/19 tyres that came on the alloys with a 5mm spacer for 5 days while I waited for my rear tyres to turn up.

I've also ran 18×9 with 235/40/18 tyres with ET35 on the rear with no rubbing.

I've run 235/35/19's on a 9.5 et 45 on the front and rear and it was OK.

I'm on air though - how lowered are you?
