Fitted new LED Reg lights, headlights won’t dip

Hi guys, I fitted LED Reg lights and my headlights stay facing straight rather than dipping down onto the road. For people driving in my direction it looks like I’ve got my full beams on. How can I reset it?

Remove, refit old, battery off for 5, battery back on see if they work ok.

Generally led plate lights dont affect systems.
