No, unfortunately not. Ferrari are currently giving a 2 year warranty on used cars you buy through their approved used program, but apparently they're just reselling a third party solution.
in any case, the advice I've had is to keep the money you would spend on a warranty aside each year, and then if something major comes up; you have legislated for it.
