I have bought a A7 3.0 bitdi from Audi which had stage 1 remap by previous owner.

If I accelerate hard, in the first 1 second or so the car feels really fidgety and wants to pull hard to one side or the other. This stops after a second but I have to watch out for it when first putting my foot down if I want to stay on the road.

Could this be anything to do with the remap? Too much torque for the diff? Is my diff on its way out or is this just normal? Didn't notice anything like it in S4, RS4 and RS5 I have driven.

What tyres is the car running. Are they all the same and are they decent tyres? Is the ttraction control light flashing? The 3.0 Bi TDI can develop a lot of torque very quickly wihich will overwhelm traction if you don't have some decent rubber.
