Few questions about my A3

Hi All
I have a questions about my A3 with regards to plans I have for it

First I am running Audi TT alloys which are 225 40 R18 e52 with 10mm spacers on I want to get my car lowered and wondered if I lower it 40mm on the back and 50mm on the front will I get rubbing ?

Also seperate question I am thinking about getting a backbox delete as I want a twin tailpipe instead of my single current standard one, firslty has anyone done a backbox delete on a 1.6 and how does it sound ? as Im looking for a deeper note and also will this cause any issues with sensors on the car as I dont want to have it done and then have a fault flashing in front of me.

Lowering: I think you should get away with it given wheel sizing / lowering aspirations / drop.

Back box: No idea on the 1.6. Does tail pipe come straight out of the back box or is there a pipe to the tail pipe which could be hacked and a double added (by an exhaust specialist)?
