Fed up with PS3

Friggin thing! Been trying to update my billing info and it says my password is invalid. It should be the same one as my sign in password shouldn't it??
I've tried clicking the forgot password button on the sign in page then it asks me for my date of birth but then says that is wrong ***!
Dunno what to do now...
