Faulty part through parts request

What is the protocol if you received a faulty part through parts request?

doesn’t appear to be any way of raising a concern on past requests/purchases.
I’ve messaged creweaudiparts, but I’m yet to receive a reply. Maybe something the user doesn’t check.

Have you mailed Tom Fox directly - always found him very good at replying to emails and never had any issues returning stuff back to them - his email is
