1. 17831 secondary air injector system bank 1 insufficent flow(P1423) inter mittend
2. 17819 secondary air injector system bank 2 insufficent flow(P1411) inter mittend
3. 16902 coolant temperture sensor (662) signal to hugh (p0118)

1 and 2 means your SAI system is broken or removed. Not really a big deal.

3 probably means your coolant sensor is faulty.

What is a SAI so non will make the car run bad as on my S4 used to get 23mpg but on this im getting just over 18mpg i know its a heavier car

SAI is secondary air injection.

Its a pump thing which blows air into the exhaust manifolds on warm up to improve emissions while the engine is cold.

Quite often the pump fails and gets removed.

Its also an auto, which are generally less efficient than a manual car and will use more fuel.
