Fault code help

hey was wondering if anyone could tell me if P0171 BANK 1 TOO LEAN could be caused by a faulty maf sensor??? as my mil light came on again 2nite and this is the code that came up

Dont think it would be the MAF, more likely an air leak like a split hose/vaccum pipe etc.
