Fault code help

I have got home today after a 10 mile journey (along a bypass sat at 70)
And the fan has kept running for 5 mins along with a smell like the car is running really hot.
I have pulled this fault code up on the Carista app:

The dash temp gauge is only reading 90 but not had it do this before.

Mine does that if I park up part way through a regen.
