I cant really offer any advice other than speak to a solicitor that specialises in family law mate....ASAP.

Fingers crossed for the little one.

Jesus mate, that is rough. I feel for you. Like Tom says on the phone first thing in the morning I would think..... Let us know.

He is beautiful mate. I hope all goes well for you, I would also suggest a specialist solicitor. If you can get to the Citizens advice buro (CAB) they offer amazing advice and support etc. Good luck :)

Wish the wee man well.

Hope you can get resolution either on legal channel or speaking again to the ex, obv don't know the full situation but chance she may be more understanding once she's a bit further over the stress of the birth and the baby being premature...

This does seem a very personal issue and upsetting,I do hope you can come to an amicable agreement which helps both parties.

It might cause more probs, but whats to stop you just going to the hospital?
I hope everything gets sorted for you.

Having been in a situation where my ex stopped us from seeing my daughters (according to her they was not safe around me which was complete BS), I saw a Solicitor who specialised in family law - this is one whom you ought to seek.
A good solicitor will know your exact rights - all I can say is see one asap, it will cost you though, be totally honest with him and I'm sure he will say you have parental rights to see and be with your son.
Dont bother with the CAB, they will be able to help you but having legal clout behind you will gain you access to your son.
Good luck

Oh man, sorry to hear about this!!

Congrats on becoming a father and I hope the little man is fine, my mate had a baby prematurely a few years ago came 18wks early and weighed 780grams!!!

You will be glad to hear he is fine and healthy now, so try not to stress too much.

With regards to seeing him, get onto a family law solicitor ASAP, also dont know if it will help but try getting in contact with your ex and see if she will see sense even if its for 10 minutes, so that you can see your son.

Fingers crossed for you mate, hope all works out.

m8 i dont think us men have much rights unless you was married when the baby was born.so the mrs has said to me before.the rights are f***ed up for us fellas.
