Facelift S4/S5 ECU development complete - Performance Data and Dyno inside

I'm pleased to say I've finished development of the facelift B8.5 S4/S5 ECU.

Stage 1 on this car made 420PS/414bhp. 349 as standard. All dyno's and VBOX tests were done on half a tank of super market 95 mixed with half a tank of VPower. Not the ideal mixture, pure VPower will make a few more hp but this does represent a real world example.

This car had covered just over 5k

0-100mph Standard

0-100 Stage 1

0-100 comparison

100-200kph Standard 14.29s, Stage 1 11.95

Price for Stage 1 is £500, all cars are custom mapped, Stage 2 and upwards also available

Very nice Rick, This engine really responds well to a remap. Sub 4 second 0-60 and just over 9 seconds to 100 should go down well at the traffic lights.

Good work! Nice to know that so little can be done to the S4 for what is quite a considerable power gain. My question is whether or not the S-tronic gearbox can accommodate any further increase in engine power without too much of a adverse effect.

So, you guys out there with S-tronic gearboxes - what's your thoughts?

The box is rated at 600nm max I believe, 440ish as standard.

Hi rick, off topic but looking at mapping soon, 2.0 tfsi Quattro stronic 2010.
Is it true the ecu needs to come out for you todo a map on it? And what gain roughly would I be looking at on stage 1 (211hp stock)

ECU does not have to come out at all on your car S4/5 is all OBD too
