Facelift facelift rs3 sportback order...

So I thought it was time to upgrade my audi s3 8v not being happy with the manual clutch :/ to something abit more interesting...

I popped into audi just on a fluke really only to be told the order books had opened that morning for the new audi rs3.

as people had speculated the base price of the sportback was £44300 which included this new road tax lark which for the 1st year was £800 :/

anyway I was in a quandary as to whether I order the new rs3 or an s4... the extra space would be nice but the rs badge seems to hold its value better. plus the added bonus of the a3 chassis looking amazing. (something about the new b9 a4 :/)

so the spec I ordered was as follows,

floret silver
Black optic package
black roof rails
black mirrors
privacy glass
hill hold
matrix led headlights
standard wheels (not fussed and not a fan of diamond cut)
comfort pack
rs pack (interior)
it does come standard with Virtual cockpit.
bang & olufson
driver assistance package
sports exhaust
mag ride

I was told delivery would be December but judging on how long the s3 took it may be longer...

I put my initial 1k desposit down to secure my build but couldn't really go any further as although the dealer can configure it, the finance doesn't recognise it yet, so I'm abit on hold. They are giving 1k extra towards it for my car.
