No I have it in writing that I won't pay any more than my initial order price.

Good move I would say ..... Makes me wonder though if this means you could have negotiated a better discount initially?

Glass half empty? ;-)

Good work on getting them to hold the price. To me this means the changes won't substantial, but you're getting an early updated car. Very good.

You did however note the caveat of keeping your order "as is" to hold the price. Does this mean you can't pick anything from any new options without breaking the original deal?

That thread is related to MY16 update (week 22, already changed), not directly to facelift.

Some rumours for A3 8V Facelift (A3/S3/RS3):

Expected date: Early 2016

All models new options:
- MIB-II Upgrade for Infotainment with Car Play and Android Auto support
- MIB-II Upgrade with Virtual Cockpit
- Matrix Led Lights
- Dynamic indicators

RS3 new options:
- Ceramic Brakes
- Bucket Seats

Jun-2015 post :D All right, except RS3 facelift. It will be finally presented in a few months (probably september/october) close or after TT RS announcement with upgraded 400HP engine, sedan version and more racing options like ceramic brakes and bucket seats.
