your like me then sandra, counting down the days until Spa. atleast i got the football back to keep me happy. CHELSEA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Can't wait for the weekend and the race from Spa. I'm due to be going to Wings and Wheels either on Sunday or Monday (weather depending but Sunday is the better day) so I may get to practice for next season not seeing the race live FTA and avoiding hearing the result so that I can watch later. Not intending to pay Sky for next season, will probably either watch a stream on the net live or set up a cheap sat system to pickup the RTL coverage, with sound from 5 Live. Paul

PLEASE NO ROLLING START DUE TO WET WEATHER!!! sorry, just needed to get that off my chest. Will Keep an eye on Senna, see how he is in a half decent car...
WTF is up with Maldonado hitting Hamilton on purpose. What is Button doing AGAIN........... 13th come on.
pastor obviously unhapppy about lewis taking him on the last chicane. awesome qualy from lewis in ever changing conditions NOW lets see if vettel is as good as he thinks he is when the mighty lewis is hunting him down. hope for a dry race but i wouldnt be too bothered if rain shoe=wed up which is more tahn likely
Looks setup for a great race tomorrow, Lewis to take Vettel in the first 2 laps please! Maldonado though, what an idiot!
Good qualifying session. Think lewis will give vettel a run for his money. Well done to senna for qualifyng 7th. Im hoping for a wet race makes it more interesting.
well that was interesting, I thought Lewis may (tiny part of me) have gotten frustrated in the final session for the obvious nudge! Good man for not and great for qualifying second! Hope he gives Vettel a run. Does anyone else get annoyed at Vettel's words of wisdom to his pit crew when he wins races or quali's 1st? I understand the concept of team spirit etc but he sounds sooo patronising Wonder whats gonna happen to Maldonado
thats why i started to dislike vettel when he comes on radio. he sounds like he is buttering everyone up and kissin ***, also sounds like something from the text book for gracious **** lickers. im starting to dislike vettel even more and more maldo was really silly, i hope nothing happens with lewis aswel mind as you know what rep he has with the stewards, really looking forward to the race tomorrow now, lewis ftw
Seriously what is the point of rules when P.R (Sponsors) takes over? Stewards allow D'Ambrosio and HRT duo to start Belgian GP - F1 news - AUTOSPORT.com All four drivers who failed to set times within 107 per cent of the fastest lap in Q1 at Spa have been given dispensation to start the Belgian Grand Prix Pastor Maldonado penalised, Lewis Hamilton reprimanded over Spa qualifying clash - F1 news - AUTOSPORT.com Pastor Maldonado has been given a five-place grid penalty for the Belgian Grand Prix after his incident with Lewis Hamilton at the end of Q2
when I watched it I saw what looked like a jink by Hamilton, perhaps getting on the power & loosing back end & then they both moved, Hamilton a bit to the right & Maldonado quite a bit to the left but it looked different from the two different camera angles. Handbags compared to Senna & Prost LOL
Errrrm well I wonder where Kobyashi thought he was going..... seriously unlucky weekend for Lewis all things considered, ridiculous when you look why
**** off now reptor, he was not at fault and neither was kobayashi i would say. one of them things i guess, very disappointed as i thought lewis could have done well. i really do hate red bull and vettel at that. wish nando could do better but the red bulls are looking really good now after the scare with tyres earlier in the race
Daaamn those Redbulls! At least Button got past Alonso in the last few laps, that was quite satisfying with no Hamilton on track!
I have to LOL again at 'great driving again from Vettel', what because apart from Rosberg he's driven against an open race track? *yawn* Congrats to Button and Schumacher today! Both raced extremely well from where they started! Well Said! It's a good job Webber was in a chellenging position with Vettel otherwise Horner would have done is usual ***** trick - the up **** *****!
fantastic race, watched between my fingers at some points LOL. Regarding Lewis, I wonder if he moved to the left to stop Kobayashi coming round the outside thus giving him the inside line on the next bend.
Do any of you guys think the DRS system made it too easy for cars to overtake in this race? I mean it was great to see Button make so many passes, and Schumi to get so far up the grid from last position, but good racing or too artificial?
in places like spa it makes it way too easy jo, although it is nice to see overtakes but to just breeze past knowing you can easily sit on a guys rear wing until the straight is boring. it just showed today that drs was not needed as look at how many overtakes happened at the last chicane. now they are satisfying moves. not the drs ones in spa. as for lewis going left well no he didnt really did he. it was nobodys fault just a racing incident. you could say kobayashi should have lifted not to hit lewis, and lewis should have given koba more room(lets face it he would have got past him anyway) so no ones to blame. well done Schuey for a good drive.
Im not to sure I enjoyed this race. DRS became to predictable and you knew as soon as they were on the straight they would breeze past. Well gutted on Hamiltons crash as I felt he had a very good chance for the win or 2nd place. Oh well, bring on the next race.
Do you watch F1 or just read about it? Lewis Hamilton has apologised to his McLaren team and taken the blame for his crash with Kamui Kobayshi's Sauber that ended his Belgian Grand Prix. "After watching the replay, I realize it was my fault today 100%. I didn't give Kobayashi enough room though I thought I was past" BBC Sport - Lewis Hamilton apologises to his McLaren team for Spa crash Love watching these... An again in english on bbc1
pretty much exactly what i said, a racing incident. its not like the one maldonado done to lewis in qualy. you dont have to question my passion as a fan of F1 mate, im a huge lewis fan and i could have easily blamed koby for the incident as he was passed so should have lifted to let lewis go on and then koby could have tried to attack once they have made the chicane. obviously someone was to blame and lewis is more disappointed in letting the team down than taking the rap for one of those racing incidents that do occur during a race. like i said in my other post both could be blamed so thats why i havent bothered blaming anyone as what is the point. if it was lewis and vettel then this would be blown out the water and lewis would have taken all the **** if he was in kobys position and it was vettel overtaking and then into the wall. its done now and the only ones who gained were vettel and mark. button raced extremely well as he is doing lately. look forward to monza now as this is a very fast track and we should see a good battle with the setups and downforce of redbull and the speed of the mercs and maclarens
Personally I don't like any of these technology gubbins - F1 seems to have no fucus on driver skill. A mate of mine said the yesterday that Hamilton needs to find a more aggressive racing sport really because if that was BTCC the crash would have made no difference because those sort of things alwas happen. I don't really think he can take blame really and Kobayashi isn't the type of person to take someone off like that so general racing incident and at end of the day isn;t that what racing is all about? Racing would be very boring without agression and hiccups with drivers but due to how the 'rules' of F1 line up it ruins that side of the sport. Reptor - you must be absolutley buzzing off that incident and I think your sttitudes stinks. Bet you wouldn't be laughing if he ended up paralyzed or seriously injured would you? Then again I won;t argue with because it's YOUR thread. Although I see you have mentioned nothing about Alonso grade A ignorance on race day just because he started 8th and thought it was absolutley fantastic seeing Button pass him with only a few laps left.
Wizza, Just for you "M8" Hammy the "Crash Kid" Hamilton has been involved in a number of incidents this season from two collisions at Monaco to a clash with his own team-mate in Canada.
