Exhaust clamp/sleeve/thingy??

I need the above for a 2008 2.0tdi S-Line Avant 170. It’s like a sleeve with 2 bolts that connect two parts of the exhaust together. Anyone know it’s description and maybe even the part number so I don’t look like a loon at TPS?? Thanks....
