esp and abs light followed by lights dim

I was wondering if anyone here can help me figure out what this is from. when I pull up my windows and hold in to the button the esp and abs light come on and car lights dim as if the battery is low

I had a battery icon come up but it doesn't do that after I removed my aftermarket tail lights which had resistors on them

my alternator test a week ago showed 14.07 not loaded and 13.27 loaded ( lights, stereo and heater on)
