Errors after stereo removal

Hi everyone just looking for some advice as I have recently removed the stereo from my 14 s3 whilst attempting a CarPlay retrofit and after replacing it all the writing back to factory I am now prompted with numerous errors on the car that cannot be true due to the car having not been driven, just wondering if anyone has encountered similar issues and has any advice for fixes before I speak to someone.

just to add i have checked fuses and they are all good and the error issues that now flash are ESC, start/stop functionality, hill start/hold, TPMS.
