Error N249

[oversteer]

Hi everyone, please help... getting this error with my vagcom.. cleared it but it keeps coming back...

17608 - Boost Pressure Control Valve (N249): Mechanical Malfunction
P1200 - 35-00 - -
I have checked the dv and its fine... i have the forge 007...

Have a read of this thread, my guess is you need to replace the actual N249 valve:

bingo i have a spare if you wish.. mine was removed a while back.. you can also remove the code by use of a correctly valued part

If the DV is 100% then its an air leak or broken N249 then I guess?
