Error Code help

My ESP light came on the other day after i hit a bump at about 20mph, scanned the car and got this:

01542

Yaw Rate Sensor
G202

Sporadic
008- Implausible Signal

Can anyone tell me if i should be worried? It used to come on a lot more, but i had the driveshaft changed and it fixed the problem. Now it comes on randomly when i hit bumps.
Turning the car off then back on clears it and seems fine.

Also am i right in believe that when this light come on my ABS and Traction control wont work?

It's a 2001 1.9TDI if it helps
