Error code help! Loss of power after turbo replacement EGR delete

Hello, I just had turbo replaced, and egr delete. The mechanic didn't tell the computer he'd done it though. I've been and had the following codes come up and cleared them but am basically still limping, with normal power occasionally kicking in for a minute or two. Then back to limp. Codes are p1568 engine mounting valve short circuit to b+; P0403 EGR; P0234 turbo overboost condition

Just to add, I am totally skint right now, but am open to trying to fix it myself..!

Sounds like turbo is either not setup correctly or faulty, as its overboosting.

Where was the turbo from, new or used, if the garage supplied, then you need to get them to resolve FOC as thats what you paid them to do.
