This is getting stupid, if you have been following my last two posts i was in the middle of geeting my A4 1.8T qauttro 2002 back on the road, due to not being able to find a AVJ engine i ended up putting a AUM block and head from a golf gti init as i was told they are all the same,
My mechanic put all the bits needed from my old engine to this one and called me today to tell me that he is ready to twist the key?
it runs like shi#t backfire'in and all sorts, i asked if he had plugged it into the diagnostic kit to see what comes up and he hasnt but i doubt that would make it run how its running? ? ? DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT COULD BE UP OR IS THERE ANYTHING HE SHOUILD HAVE DONE BEFORE HE STARTED IT.
