Engine Software update

Just had a call that there’s an engine software update on my avant.
Has anyone had this recently and what is it for?

2l 40TDI, I got it 2020 think it’s a MY20

Nothing showing in my Audi app

So the garage have said that its for a specific engine code, so i assume it would be a batch of engines not all. they said its an ECU software upgrade and its to rectify an issuw after stop start and something to do with cylinders and fuel injector issues. Sorry for my non clear description.
