Engine Bay Cleaning

nice job mate and just got my steam cleaner so that will be a job for the weekend after looking at this thread,
got any pics of before dentsy

Steam cleaner also is very good at removing stains from car seats and interiors.

Good work, looks the part! Nothing better than a nice clean engine bay!:icon_thumright: I do agree with you, the steam cleaners are a great job, a mate used one on his seats before came up great!

Never used one on the engine bay myself, elbow grease for me!lol

It's been a while since I saw a thread on engine bay cleaning.

Mine has got a bit crusty over the winter and needs a clean despite little driving - lots of (I assume) salt deposits/oxidation especially on Aluminium. Any tips or new products in the last 5 years?
