EML light location on Audi A4?

Hi all,

Quick question - where's the EML on the dash (what gauge and what position)? I've looked all over but can't see one when turning on the ignition. Should one be showing same as the ABS?

I'm wondering if a bulb's gone...

there is an EMl or MIL lamp. Its in the Speedo side of the cluster towards the left, however, mine has never illuminated.

My EPC (electronic throttle) lamp does what you say, of illuminating and then extinguishing...

No, it shouldnt do, so long as it isnt lit.

Cheers for that. It's a bit worrying that I don't have an EML light at all; are the dash bulbs prone to going in these cars? If so I'll have a look at it this weekend...

the B5 A4 doesnt have an engine management light, dont worry about it
