Electrical issue

My front headlight keeps having issues where the xenon does not work, if you turn the switch on/off a few times it eventually stayes on.
The interior light flashes occasionally and I’ve also noticed that the radio keeps turning itself off/on
Related issues ??
The lamp which keeps playing about is a new unit (from eBay) but has been fitted about 2 yrs without any issues and I have not tried any new bulbs yet.
Getting worse now and need to look at getting it sorted.
Could a faulty lamp/bulb cause these other issues ??

I think when first firing the xenon bulbs, a momentary very high load is required. The switching on/off a few times may just be overloading other things...
