Electric folding mirrors

Hi all,
Can anyone tell me if a 5 door 8p folding mirrors can be fitted to a 3 door 8p? A quick visual looked the same, but are the mounting points different due to different doors? Have a pair and modules available from a 5 door but unsure if it’ll match up to my 3 door. I know the switch trim won’t work as they’re different door cards but will source that if they’ll fit.

theyre different.
the baseplates are different. audi have specific part numbers for 3dr and 5dr.
couldnt tell you how much difference there is, but theyre different.
