Eibach pro-kit?

I don't have a s-line springs but I think it's the "sport" springs. That's like -10 mm? Because my car is lower than standard A3.


I'm thinking about putting on eibach pro-kit, which goes -30mm. Does that mean -20mm for my car?

And what about swapping them, is it hard to do? Can I do it alone, or is it a big job to do? Any implications on auto-leveling sensors?
