Hope im in the right place here. Technical question. I have an 06 2.7 v6 A6. BPP engine. Have thick black egr residue on the exhaust manifold. It seems to be blowing out of small machined holes right above the manifold mounting screws on all 6 ports. Im wondering is there some sort of purge system within the heads that dump out these holes when the head is coked up or is this more serious? I should mention the car has 271k miles and otherwise is droving perfect.
