Please note the car is still being calibrated so I expect the 470BHP figure will be blown out the water

Should get it back in a couple of weeks. I will be adding photos as the build commences. The build is fie to kick of Monday. Just been waiting on parts. Yes the car is doing me proud I have had my ups and downs with it.

Integrated engineering do a set that are 0.5mm bigger than stock taking it upto 2008cc

so would H beam be better for the S1 for more power and toque ? as by sounds of it IE beam better suited to a higher reving engine ?
