Very Nice! I'm thinking about a Brake update but I think i'll go for a smaller one. What's the size of the disk?

Mine will be up for sale soon as my new kit turns up. The disc size on the new kit is 330

What are your reasons for upgrading? I can't see that the other kit isn't sufficient are you sure you just don't have the wrong pads on it?

Don't get me wrong the kit is a good one and my Corsa pads are on there way, however I ma planning on taking the car in excess of 450BHP and you can never have enough stopping power

Forge, Wagner and Airtec are too small for stage 3. They are OK till Stage 2

I would have thought around 400bhp would have been possible with an is38 turbo and a Wagner. If your after more your nuts

Was a custom intercooler in the same ball park price wise, as Wagner etc?

Will this intercooler be made available for retail purpose or is this the only one they will be making?

Will you not get overheating issues with the car now? The reason I was asking is because it now looks like you would only get 2nd hand hot air reaching your normal radiator as the intercooler pretty much covers it. By the time the air goes through the intercooler it must already be pretty hot.

Not had any issues so far and the radiator temperatures have been very consistent recently

Yes the fuel pump is in hand, looking at a diff at the moment

Front and rear? You would have thought that the audi diffs from all models would swap about between cars. Wishful thinking I suppose but wouldn't it be great to be able to strap an RS6 or r8 system straight on. Extra torque problems solved lol

Daniel, I assume you’re still on a stage 2 tune? Have you noticed any difference in drivability with the custom intercooler? Has throttle response changed? Has it created any lag?

The turbo boost less and there is a increase in power but the car obviously needs remapping to compliment the new hardware
