Hi guys,

Not posted in a while, just wondering if anyone had any advice regarding the stock clutch packs and DQ250 DSG.

1.What’s the max torque and hp for stock?

2.Would remapping the TCU to increase clamping pressure increase the rating of the stock clutch packs? Or would this just cause them to fail prematurely?

3.What’s everyone getting power wise (safely) out of a stock S3?

Thanks,

Renox

@danboy66 cheers for the quick response, what mods have you had done?

Also how long has the clutch packs been in and how long has it been at 540bhp for? Just concerned about the clutch slipping that’s all.

I assume you’ve also had the TCU mapped for increase clamping pressure right?

It's my buddy's car mate
Its full stage 3
One of littco's development cars
This was using the new ball bearing l550 turbo
He's run about 10 turbos over the last few years all over 500 bhp that's big time on the limit but he don't care

I'm running littco l380x stage 1 liittco map and littco TCU tune

Basicly stock car 400 bhp / 375 torque as I want 100% reliability
