Drivers side window problem

My window is making a grating crunching noise when going up or down, sometimes the window will go back down on the way up.

I take it the regulator is shafted?

Where do I buy a new replacement? GSF?

Pretty sure GSF do a repair kit for the windows.

GSF do a replacement for about £50 mate I had to do mine the other week tis not hard to do either....heres the how to DIY: B6 A4 Window Regulator & Motor Replacement

I need to do my passenger one soon also doesnt take that long!
