Good morning all,
Been a while since I've posted. My sq5 has ran faultlessly in the nearly 2 years of ownership but last night this ended.

The drivers side heat controls are only blowing cold air! Has anyone had this fault? From a quick Google it seems it'll be the temperature sensor but does anyone know which one?

I'm led to believe it'll be the below:
3d0907543a.
Am I right in thinking as it's the drivers side it'll be the one in the drivers side small ven I can see?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks in advance,

Jordan

You might be able to scan it and see if any issues? Get an obd plug and use Carista fro free, worth its weight in gold

If you suspect the sender, then check what it's reading before anything else & compare with the other side.

I had this happen on a B7 A4 a few years back. I don't know if the technology has moved on since then, but on that model, it was quite common for the motors that powered the levers that opened the air flaps to die.
