Driver seat moves slightly when stopping/accelerating...

Mine seems to move about more often when I go round corners , sometimes it feels more like the base and sometimes it feels like it’s the upright . And sometimes you can actually here a small thud .
Anyone else out there got the same problem / knows the reacall/tsb and has had this fixed ??.
