my car seems to do this every week or so, I mainly do motorway journeys so not sure if it's normal or not, especially with the engine having only covered 3000 miles

What's the current milage?
Is the car still on warranty?

First owner, 3k and yes

Give it back to Audi to check it up.
My car is doing that every 200 miles but it clocked 89k and I'm the second owner of this beauty from 2010.
Mine's probably just blocked as I mostly cover short dinstances, if not city drive so it can't run the proper cycle.
