Dpf light on

The light has come on , is this a case of driving in any gear at 3k rpm for 20 mins to burn it off ? Or is there another way ?

Car at is a 09 s line 170cr

Could also try using vcds!

I always thought it was 4th gear at 40mph

I drove te wife's in 3rd for 5mins and give it the beans and that was it.
You can also force a regeneration in vcds...
