Downsides of PCV block off plates?

I have a BSH PVC fix on my car. I have read a few things here and there that have made me question it.

Anyone have any thoughts?

Just realised I never replied to this. Main things are people say it runs smoother with a revised OEM pcv and you get more oil through the intercooler/intake piping with a pcv block off plate.

i have an OEM one if anything it may alter crank case pressure but the Lads on here tend to disagree as none had this issue... otherwise i dont think you'd have an issue mate... if your worried about the excess oil a catch can may help this if you disregard my previous statement...
