Double din fascia question

It's from a S3 8L although WHY anyone would fit a single din head unit to a double din facia is beyond me !!
Because i dont have 700$ for rns-e. Also double din aftermarket HU are around 500...
I thought s3 8l doesn't have that kind of fascia. Can you point me from where i can buy it?

If so there isn't a surround made for the 8L ! You have to trim an A4 one down
