Double din conversion

Just a quick question if anyone may know, can't see its been asked anywhere else.

I'm planning on a double din conversion and have brought a complete unit excluding the Nav.

Only issue I have I that the climate unit has controls for heated seats and my car doesn't have the heated seats.

Will the unit still plug in and work out of the box so to speak?

If no just use VCDS to activate climatronic to know it has this option.
it should work even if you dont have it
