Door sills?

Guys,

Looking to purchase an RS3 and I’ve came across the fact the door sills say A3?
Any reason this would be the case? It’s on every door?

That doesn't look right. I have never seen an RS3 with those. Something dodgy about that car!

That door rubber seal has seen better days. Looks really worn. Is it a high miler?

Quite a decent one!
It’s got dynamic pack, rs pack, comfort pack, nav, keyless, b&o.
Sepang blue which I had on my S3 and loved. I’ll put pics in once I pick it up
