Door modules / Puddle lights

Hi all,

Can anyone help me?

2015 A5 S Line coupe.

I need to swap door modules for highline ones so I can have puddle/Warning lights etc.
Do the replacement modules need coding? If so what is the procedure please.
Secondly, I'm making the puddle/Warning light harnesses but need to confirm the positive and ground pins.
And lastly, the door handle lighting is that a seperate harness into which pins?

You'd have to check the coding options of course, to make sure they match your current ones options.

Do not copy & paste as options move positions in coding at times.

If there's no lighting existing then usually a new harness required yes.

Sorry to jump in on this thread....just had wiring looms delivered today for puddle and warning lights.

Just looking for info if you could help please for which wires/pins I need to connect into.

I fitted them, with a little help, on my A4 so sure we can do them again.

This 1 will be on a 66 plate 4 door A5 fastback.
