Door locks

Both the nearside doors do not unlock on my 2009 A3 with the handset, will unlock ok from the inside, I know this may be a common problem and I am most likely going have to replace both locks but before I do is there any chance the locks can be repaired??? also can anyone recommend a supplier of these locks or am I going to go main stealership??
