The Don Corleone Bagel
To make this culinary masterpiece you will need the following:
(For one bagel)
Salt beef, enough for two layers
corned beef, enough for two layers
2 pieces of bacon
Handful of pulled pork
1 slice of montery jack cheese
3 pickled gherkins
2 slices of tomato
teaspoon mayonnaise
teaspoon wholegrain mustard
tablespoon maple syrup

First, start to cook your bacon in a frying pan or similar.
Once bacon starts to crisp, add your helping of maple syrup to the bacon:

whilst bacon is cooking in the syrup, slice your tomato, and your gherkins ready:

then slice your bagel, placing the two pieces in the toaster, and toast until lightly toasted:

your bacon will now be ready:

Once bagels are lightly toasted, you need to place on a plate and on one slice (the base) spread your wholegrain mustard. And on the other slice (top), spread your mayonnaise:

your meats are now ready to go on!

On the base slice with wholegrain mustard, stack your meats neatly.
the order I chose for structural stability was
Salt beef
corned beef
maple bacon
pulled pork
Then place the slice (or two) of montery jack cheese on top:

YES, you cannot wait can you!

Now place your masterpiece underneath a relatively hot grill:

This grilling warms up your sandwich to a nice temperature, whilst melting the cheese into the pulled pork, fusing it together so that the bagel remains structurally stable.

During that time, place your gherkins on the top slice with mayo:

Your grilled bagel should now be ready:

you may now place your 2 slices of tomato on top of your grilled bagel, followed by the top slice complete with mayonnaise and gherkins, leaving you with this:

A true masterpiece

I challenge anybody to try this, and not enjoy it.
The combination of flavours and textures will blow your mind, and comatose you for a few hours, while you enjoy the TV.

if its just an 'aint keen', and not a 'despise' then try it.

Im not entirely keen on corned beef on its own, and have never ever tried maple bacon (Jamaican), but it is epic regardless.
